These terms explain the conditions for using Roster. By creating a board or submitting a signup, you agree to them.

1. The service
Roster provides self-reported signup boards for informal coordination. It is not employee scheduling, attendance verification, emergency staffing, payroll, booking, payment, or identity-verification software.
2. Capability links
Public, organizer, and participant links grant different access. Keep organizer and participant links private and share the public board only with the intended group. Anyone holding a private link may exercise its permissions.
3. Your responsibility
You are responsible for board content, permission to share names, the people who receive links, and every real-world commitment. Do not enter sensitive, unlawful, misleading, or unnecessary personal information.
4. No identity or attendance guarantee
Names and commitments are self-reported. Roster does not verify identity, availability, attendance, qualifications, completion, transport, or delivery of promised items.
5. Availability and limits
The service is provided as available and may change, be interrupted, or discontinue. We may restrict abusive use and apply technical limits needed for security and reliability.
