Privacy Policy
This policy describes the information Roster processes and the choices available to you.

1. Product data
Roster stores board titles and descriptions, slot details, self-reported participant names, selected slots, status, and a limited activity history so shared signup boards can function.
2. Access links
Random locators identify boards and signups. Organizer and participant secrets remain in URL fragments, are sent to the API only when required, and are stored by the server only as cryptographic hashes. Treat complete private links as credentials.
3. Technical data
The service processes ordinary request data such as IP address, user agent, timestamps, and security or error logs to operate, protect, rate-limit, and diagnose the service.
4. Optional analytics
Google Analytics loads only after consent to measure public-page visits and selected high-level product actions. Private board, organizer, and participant URLs, locators, names, descriptions, slot details, and capability secrets are never sent; application actions use identifier-free route templates. Rejecting analytics does not prevent use of Roster.
5. Sharing and retention
People with the public board link can see active participant names and selections. Enter only the name the group needs. Data may be retained while a board is useful and for a reasonable operational period afterward.
6. Contact and requests
For privacy questions or a data request, contact sympify.info@gmail.com and provide only the public locator needed to identify a board. Never email a private capability unless specifically required through a secure support process.
